Rodney Marks is responsible for the development of analytic protocols and commercial underwriting in Garnet’s Valuations Group and Commercial Loan Sales Group. He has over 22 years of commercial real estate debt/equity experience. At Garnet, Rodney has worked on over $5 billion of commercial loan sale transactions as well as dozens of valuation assignments for the FDIC and bank/credit union clients. Prior to Garnet, Rodney originated, acquired and underwrote structured commercial real estate for various types of debt and equity transactions at Artemis Investment Partners (an affiliate of the Fortress Investment Group), Aquila Property Company, Ocwen Financial Corporation, and Prudential Huntoon Paige. Rodney joined Garnet in 2009.
