Tim Madigan directs Garnet’s residential business line and non-prime consumer business line. Previously, Tim was Managing Member at Backscreen Advisors, an advisory firm focused on the structured and specialty finance market. Prior to that, Tim was a senior member of Global Securitized Markets at Citigroup Global Markets focusing on debt and equity capital raising. During this time, Tim oversaw the acquisition and securitization of over $1.5 billion in loans acquired from marketplace lending platforms over a 12-month period. Prior to Citigroup, Tim was head of Global Debt at Dresdner Kleinwort, where he managed a total portfolio of over $17 billion of structured finance transactions primarily focused on consumer assets. Prior to Dresdner Kleinwort, Tim held senior management positions at HSBC in London and New York and at Chase Securities. Tim joined Garnet in 2018.
